Today, I completed LPN school, and with our pinning ceremony happening this Friday, I had the chance to speak with one of our nursing instructors, Shannon Pope Pohl. She offered invaluable advice and encouragement to our class. We are truly grateful for everything she and all the other instructors have done for us.

Here's a little tip for mastering the art of being a busy nurse when things are quieter than a library: perfect the art of organized chaos! Practice your best "I'm totally swamped" face while casually organizing your supplies, and throw in some dramatic sighs as you refill the hand sanitizer. Bonus points for making it look like you're on a critical mission while secretly planning your next coffee break!

As we start to finish up LPN school, some of us are far from the edge, some in the middle, some on the edge and some are just hanging on the edge.

Everyone needs to decompress from time to time, whether it is in the break room or supply closet bitching and griping, we all do. Also, do not that person that does not resupply the rooms.
